Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom corner apartment units are 550 square-feet and range in style from standard units that start at $1,010 to fully renovated units that start at $1,150. All units include a kitchen/dining area, living area, one-bedroom space and ample closet storage. Our corner units receive more natural light as their location allows for more windows. Buildings are designed with shared laundry facilities in the basement and easy access to the parking lots and the courtyard. Water and sewer are included.
